We guarantee all of our merchandise to be without defects for 30 days. We will gladly refund or exchange regular merchandise if returned within 30 days of shipment date. You must email us for a return before sending any item back.

We will not refund or exchange clearance merchandise.

Body jewelry is not refundable for health reasons unless it is defective. We will exchange defective body jewelry only for the same item within the 30 day period.

Custom merchandise may only be returned for an exchange for the same item. Again only if it is defective.
